Xpect Solutions received an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) prime contract award under the US Navy’s Seaport-e contract vehicle. Under the new vehicle, Xpect Solutions will provide Information System (IS) Development, Information Assurance (IA), and Information Technology (IT) support services in Zone 2, the National Capital region.
Xpect Solutions is structured to deliver high-quality, technical services and to assist the Navy with the deployment of IT solutions in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Experienced, technically qualified, and dedicated project leaders utilizing agile, sound management practices will guide our performance throughout the performance period. Our proposed personnel will work together to achieve a unified response to the needs of the Navy. We will utilize the knowledge and experience gathered on other similar contracts to provide the most efficient and lowest risk support to the Navy, as well as, providing reach-back support from our senior engineers, architects, and project managers currently working on our contracts.
Our Quality Assurance process is further defined in the Xpect Solutions Quality Management Plan (QMP). We have a deep-rooted understanding of industry best practices and total quality management systems. We continuously demonstrate this knowledge on our current contracts through appointments to our customer’s quality oversight programs, such as the FBI’s Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and Network Quality Assurance (NQA) teams.
