We provide Tier 1-4 and SME service desk and administration services to numerous customers. Our services include large enterprise support, such as help desk and systems and network administration to the FBI’s 55k user community, as well as, smaller environments, such as the NIH’s visitor badging desks. We track and resolve issues and problems and know when to escalate the larger technical issues to ensure our customers’ tickets are resolved quickly and efficiently.
